The Lincolnville General Store, c. 1870,
is prominently located in Lincolnville
Center. Historically, it has represented
the geographical center as well as the
heart and soul of the rural community as
a gathering place. Abandoned for many
years, the new owners were determined
to restore the building to its former
state in an updated form to serve the
community.
